Welcome to fellos. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

fellos is a membership management platform that provides tools for clubs and associations to manage their members, communications, and organizational structure. Access is provided on an invitation-only basis through your organization.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
- Your account is created through an invitation from your organization's administrators.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information in your profile.
- You must notify your organization's administrators immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other members.
- Upload or share content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other users' accounts.
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.
- Use automated means to access the platform without prior written consent.
- Share your account credentials with others.
4. Content and Intellectual Property
- Your content: You retain ownership of content you post to the platform (such as forum posts and profile information). By posting content, you grant your organization and the platform a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the platform.
- Platform content: The platform, including its design, features, and documentation, is owned by the platform operator and protected by intellectual property laws.
- Organization content: Content published by your organization (such as pages, announcements, and policies) is owned by your organization.
5. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
6. Termination
- Your organization's administrators may deactivate your account at any time in accordance with their organizational policies.
- We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if you violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.
7. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
9. Changes to These Terms
